If you don't know how to spend two hours, this movie is a possibility.

Not much else to say...

Oh, well...Can somebody please give me back the Ridley Scott that directed Blade Runner (my favourite sci-fi movie of all time), Alien or even Legend please?

Today I went to the cinema.

Oh, God.

Somebody defined poetry as the "movement from an overblown blindness to a naked vision".

If that is so, then Nobody Knows is pure poetry.

This movie is disarming, at some moments deeply bitter, at some moments sweet and tender.

I experienced the full range of emotions. Despair, happiness, sorrow, sadness, optimism. They are all there.

The director manages to say it all without words, and the children are superb.

You will love Shigeru's vitalism, Kyoko's despair, Akira's impotence... You will love Saki's loneliness.

Yuki's birthday will break your heart in a thousand pieces...

No doubt, the best movie I've seen this year: 10/10.
